There is nothing more attractive than the aroma of fresh baked goods. Passing by the bakery, feeling the aroma of freshly baked bread, you begin to imagine how the crust crisp, how the butter melts on the still warm baguette ... Come closer, you look at the large windows-windows, the glance slides along the smooth rows of different types of breads and rolls, on the croissants lying on the counter. Their glossy glazed surface conceals under themselves hundreds of layers of the finest dough curled around by a protective cocoon around the filling. And at that moment, any promises, that we should have less sweet, given to ourselves the day before, are evaporating out of our heads. The hand pushes the door, the bell rings, and you enter inside.

When I'm standing in a bakery, wrapped in smells, there is lightness in my head, and my finger begins to betray me treacherously. At the same time, the brain draws pictures of the perfect breakfast, waiting for me, when I return home with a large package of still hot baked goods. Mentally, the coffee is already brewed, the milk is beaten to the ideal thick foam, an elegant dish waits for its delicious tenants.

These memories of the days spent in small European towns inspire me to reproduce at home tastes and smells. And the process of making dough, forming products, filling molds, watching the amazing changes that occur with baking in the oven, invariably fascinates me.

I can never answer the question that I love more. It's always a good mood, you also have it, right? Sometimes you realize that without a cupcake you will not live an hour! Then you hurry to the kitchen, get the ingredients from the refrigerator, measure, weigh, mix, bake, get a hot chocolate cake, eagerly take it out of the form to quickly cut a piece! At times, the thirst for adventure is stifling, making it impossible to do the impossible, resulting in home croissants, in no way inferior to what is being prepared in Italy.

I also love seasonal baking. So autumn is the time of apples and pumpkins. How can you resist the melting apple pie in your mouth with tea? With impatience, every year I wait for the harvest of garden plums to make sweet and sour plum crab with cinnamon. Winter and late autumn require a crispy biscuit with chunks of chocolate and a glass of milk, a warm blanket and a good book.

Baking is also a great way to express your feelings. Cooked with a soul pie will tell all for you and will certainly cause a reciprocal smile, checked!
